Frequently Asked Questions
MY HEART MADE WHOLE
Where Hearts Heal and Wisdom Grows
What is My Heart Made Whole?
My Heart Made Whole is a biblical healing space for women recovering from heartbreak. Everything here — the free resources, the Heart Healing Journal, and the Reveal · Renew · Rebuild course — is built around one framework, and it addresses the whole person: the wound, the mind, the spirit, and the life waiting on the other side.
What is the Reveal · Renew · Rebuild framework?
It's the path this entire ministry is built on.
Reveal — Acknowledge · Release · Receive. You name the wound honestly and begin releasing what's kept you stuck.
Renew — Transform · Restore · Tend. Your mind and your relationship with God are renewed as old beliefs are replaced with truth.
Rebuild — Reclaim · Rediscover · Rise. You rediscover who you are and step into the life waiting on the other side of the loss.
You don't have to walk it perfectly, and you don't have to walk it fast. Wherever you are is exactly the right place to begin.
Who is this for?
This is for the woman who is in the acute stage of heartbreak and needs structure, truth, and a path forward — and just as much for the woman who's been "over it" for months or years but senses the wound was never fully healed. If you've tried therapy, self-help, or prayer and still feel stuck in old patterns, you're in the right place. There's no prerequisite. Wherever you're starting from is fine.
Is this a replacement for therapy or counseling?
No. My Heart Made Whole is a biblical and reflective resource, not a clinical or diagnostic one. If you're experiencing significant distress, please reach out to a licensed counselor or mental health professional. This work can walk alongside good counseling — it isn't meant to replace it.
Is this only for women who just went through a breakup?
Not at all. Some women arrive here in the middle of fresh heartbreak. Others arrive years later, sensing that an old wound never fully closed. The framework meets you wherever the wound actually is — not just where the loss happened.
Is this only for a specific denomination?
No. The teaching is grounded in scripture — every principle is tied to a specific, cited verse, never a vague spiritual idea — but it's written for any Christian woman, regardless of denomination.
What if I'm angry at God, or my faith feels shaky right now?
That's welcome here. Lesson 8 is built entirely around biblical lament — the practice of bringing honest, unfiltered grief and even anger to God. Scripture is full of it, and He isn't offended by your questions. You don't have to feel a certain way to begin; you only have to be honest.
